If you are reading this post, then forget buying anything from RoyalOak, Mysore Road, Kengeri Branch of Bangalore.
This is my personal experience of buying a King Size Cot of rupees 27,001.84 paise, where i ordered on 14th November, and till 10 December they were postponing the delivery of the Bed, then suddenly they are saying it will be not delivered as there is no stock, being a multi city shop, there customer service is worst.
BETTER DONT CHOSE ROYAL OAK
